These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AmariPay’s products, website, mobile services, and financial tools (“Services”). By using AmariPay, you agree to these Terms.

AmariPay is a financial technology platform that provides digital payments, money transfers, merchant services, and Protected Transactions (“Secure Hold Payments”). AmariPay is not a bank. Banking services may be provided by licensed partners.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please stop using the platform.

2. Eligibility

To use AmariPay, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate personal or business information
  • Complete identity verification (KYC)

 

Comply with all applicable laws in your country

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login details secure
  • All actions taken through your account
  • Updating your personal or business information

 

We may suspend or close accounts that violate our Terms or pose security risks.

4. Payments & Transfers

By using AmariPay, you agree to:

  • Authorize us to process transactions on your behalf
  • Ensure you have sufficient funds
  • Provide correct recipient details

 

Payments may be delayed, reversed, or rejected due to regulatory checks or insufficient funds.

5. Protected Transactions (Secure Hold Payments)

For transactions requiring trust, AmariPay may hold funds temporarily until all parties confirm completion.

You agree that:

  • Release conditions must be clearly stated
  • AmariPay may request evidence before releasing funds
  • AmariPay may return funds to the sender if conditions are not met or a dispute is unresolved

 

AmariPay is not responsible for the quality of goods or services exchanged.

6. Fees

Fees vary based on:

  • Transaction type
  • Country
  • Currency
  • Partner requirements

 

All fees are displayed before confirmation.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to use AmariPay for:

  • Fraud or impersonation
  • Money laundering, terrorism financing
  • Illegal goods or services
  • Cryptocurrency transactions (unless explicitly supported)
  • High-risk or unlicensed financial services

8. Disputes

If a problem occurs:

  • Contact support immediately
  • Provide documentation
  • AmariPay will review the dispute fairly

 

AmariPay’s decision may be final depending on regulatory obligations.

9. Limitation of Liability

AmariPay is not liable for:

  • Losses caused by inaccurate information you provide
  • Losses caused by third-party failures (banks, networks, telecom providers)
  • Delays in settlement
  • Indirect or consequential damages

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the platform means you accept the changes.
